3 Score and 2 Years ago our country's leaders the made decisions that
would change the course of history for the Cannabis Plant forever. Using a
platform of lies and deceptions the congress after just 1 minute and 32
seconds decided that Cannabis was to be forever banned. Harry anslinger
Jr. was the man mainly responsible for this greatest to travesties.
Anslinger was the nephew of Andrew Mellon, the treasurer of the United
States in 1937. Andrew Mellon was also the owner of Gulf Oil and heavy
investor in Du Pont's burgeoning Petro Chemical business. Du pont had just
developed a wood pulp paper process. Trouble was, it was environmentally
damaging and  nobody wanted to use it. In order to ensure there was a
market, Mr Anslinger preyed upon the fears of the common people by using
the Sensational tabloid of the Hearst Newspaper chain to demonize
Cannabis. At first claiming that it caused Mexicans and Negroes to go
insane and become violent, then in 1948 along with his best friend Senator
Joe Mc Carthy claiming that it caused it's users to become so peaceful and
pacifistic that communists could use marijuana to weaken our american
fighting men's will to fight.

Since that time our government has consistantly chaged its story and
reason's for keeping cannabis illegal and out of the hands of the poeple
it could most benefit and on the black market. Alcohol Prohibition was
repealed because of the death and destruction that occured from the
bootlegger gangster warfare that gripped this nation for years and the
corruption it uncovered in all levels of government.

No, Folks it isn't marijuana that has caused people to become so
pacifistic that they can't fight,
It is the terror, destruction, and environment of fear and intimidation
caused by  War against Marijuana and its users that has caused americans
to lose thier will to stand up for thier rights to fight this tyranny.

Ladies and Gentlemen, isn't it time you stood up to fight this tyranny?

What tyranny am I talking about?

Well, I'll give you an example....

Joe Tacl is a Medical marijuana user from Bronson, Florida, who has two
metal rods running from his hips to his shoulders. He was involved in an
accident in which he was hit by a car some years ago. Joe can hardly walk
and experiences so much pain that he has run the gamut of prescribed pain
killers. His doctors now give him pain killers which are more potent than
pure morphine. Instead of using these drugs which all but destroy and
ability for Mr. Tacl to have a normal life, Mr Tacl has received
reccommendations from several doctors that he use marijuana to ease his
pain whiule at the same time allowing him to have a normal life. He has a
prescription from Holland, California, and yet has no legal way to obtain
his medicine. So, instead of going to the Black Market, Mr Tacl decided to
grow just 3 plants. And as the dea's copters illegally flew just a few
feet above Mr. Tacl's House, the Levy county Sheriff's Department broke
into his house, held him and his family hostage at gun point, while police
thugs destroyed his house, stole his valuable coins, dug up his dead dog,
and looted and pillaged while terrorizing his family for hours.

And even though a Levy county Jury recently aquitted another medical
marijuana patient in Levy County, the prosecutors of his case still insist
on putting Mr tacl and his family through the additional pain of enduring
the costs and time of a trial which most assuredly will see Mr. Tacl
aquitted of these malicous charges.
If this makes you as outraged as it does me then what are you going to do
about it?

What are you going to do ladies and gentlemen?

If you are one of those folks sitting out there saying"well there is
nothing we can do about this"
then let me tell you something...


Did Thomas Jefferson say "there's nothing I can do?"
Did Thomas Paine sit around saying "there's nothing I can do"?
When the english tried taxing the americans out of existance did our
forefathers just accept this because there was nothing they could do?

If they would have sat on thier hands and done nothing then we would not
be gathered here today.

Ladies and gentlemen, in the spirit of American Freedom, I implore you to
come and join in with our effort to secure our freedom and God given right
to use Cannabis Medically, Spiritually, recreationally, and industrially.

If you can donate some time to collect petitions, then get yourself over
to the Forml or Can booth and ask how you can get started, if you are
constrained by time or physically unable to collect petitions for 2-3
hours each week then by god donate some money so that those who are out
there getting in the face of the governor and drug czar may continue to do
so...

You can have a direct impact on what happens to Cannabis in Florida, if
you want to continue to sit by while your friends and relatives go to
jail, while sick people have thier homes destroyed and run through our
criminal justice system then you just sit there and do nothing otherwise
get up, stand up, stand up for your rights.................
