Thursday, July 23, 1998 When questioned, Federal authorities would only comment that McWilliams had been arrested in connection with the July 29, 1997 arrest of pot-activist Todd McCormick who was arrested in a rented Bel-Air home filled with more than 4,000 pot plants which McCormick was cultivating to treat his cancer and to contribute research to an upcoming book with Peter McWilliams.
