Vote for Drug Sense in 2013!

You're no doubt aware that the 2012 election season has ended. You're probably glad that so many progressive drug policy candidates and initiatives won big this year. How can you help keep the 2012 reform momentum going in 2013?

There's one great way to vote a reform agenda and make your vote last all year. Vote your economic dollars. Specifically, help fund organizations like DrugSense/MAP that fight on the front lines of the War on Drugs.

We all know how destructive the War on Drugs has been. Its enormous expense. Its assault on human rights. Its suppression of civil liberties. Its burgeoning prison population. Its deadly law enforcement practices.

The drug war demands a strong vote of NO! And if we can't do that at the ballot box in 2013, we can do it with our dollars.

Donate Now! Please consider a generous year end donation to DrugSense. http://www.drugsense.org/donate.

DrugSense is a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization that provides accurate information about drug policy. See a sample of our 2012 accomplishments below.

Too High To Fail

What DrugSense did in 2012:

During the last sixteen years, DrugSense/MAP has built numerous platforms on which the movement to end the drug war continues to grow. Here's our short list for 2012:

* The combined websites of DrugSense and MAP will have received almost five (!) million unique visitors in 2012. That's five million people who now have a better understanding of the social, economic and human costs of the drug war. http://www.mapinc.org.

* Our "bot" brings you a constant stream of drug news as it happens, by geographic location, substance, topic and more. http://drugpolicycentral.com/bot/.

* Also benefiting from DrugSense/MAP projects are more than 100 drug policy focused organizations that utilize one or more of our movement building services including Web hosting, e-mail discussion lists and technical support. http://www.drugpolicycentral.com.

* Our up-to-the-second database of media contacts can be parsed down to location and media type for highly targeted campaigns like the one we conducted to promote Doug Fine's insightful book, "Too High to Fail."
